- Thursday: 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm
For lab test results, please leave a message on our Test Result Message Line at (907) 343-4211 and a nurse will get back to you within 24 hours.
For medical records information or request for release of records, call 343-4792 or use our Authorization Form if you would like your medical records released to you, or to another medical facility. Please complete and bring the form to the Anchorage Health Department medical records office.
