Free for the public. Provided by the State of Alaska Office of Substance Misuse and Prevention. AHD can deliver disposal bags to businesses or healthcare facilities in the Anchorage area for their customers/clients.
Individual/personal use requests are self-serve; you are welcome to drop in and take what you need from brochure racks by the elevator at 825 L St in the clinic lobby, Mon/Tue/Wed/Fri 8am-5pm, and Thu 1pm-5pm.
This request form is only if you are a business/facility, or you need more than 10+ bags, as you can take some off the brochure rack yourself during business hours, 8am-5pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday and 1-5pm on Wednesday.
