The Anchorage Public Health Clinic is not a free clinic, but we offer payment plans, sliding fee scale, and credit/debit payments.
To apply a sliding scale to your services, please provide proof of income at the time of visit. If you do not have insurance and are unable to pay your entire balance at the end of your visit due to extenuating circumstances, an office associate will work with you to establish a payment plan and make a down payment. We do not deny services to clients because of an inability to pay at the time of service.
Please be aware our clinic is out-of-network. This means that our medical providers do not have a contract with your health insurance provider. If you see an out-of-network provider, you may be responsible for the full amount of the bill. Please check with your insurance to confirm coverage before being seen for services.
